Frequently asked about our terms
We review violations case-by-case. Minor breaches may trigger a warning or temporary account restriction. Serious violations—such as using a false identity or attempting fraud—result in permanent account closure and fund forfeiture where local law permits. You can appeal through our support team within 30 days of closure.
Yes. You can update your withdrawal address (DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS account) in your settings anytime. The new method takes effect on your next withdrawal request. If you change your method mid-transaction, the original destination receives the funds.
After you request account closure, your playable funds are withdrawn or forfeited within 7 days. Your transaction history stays on file for 24 months for dispute resolution. Personal details such as your name and email are deleted after 12 months unless local regulations require us to retain them longer.
Deposit and withdrawal limits depend on your account tier and local law. Your current limits are shown in the Wallet section before you confirm any transaction. Contact support if you want to adjust your limits; changes apply after a 24-hour security hold.
Our core terms apply everywhere. However, specific rules around age requirements, payment methods and dispute resolution depend on local law where you are based. We confirm your region during account setup so we apply the right local terms to your account.
No. Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. If we detect a mismatch, we freeze the deposit pending verification. You must provide proof of ownership; if verification fails, the funds are returned to the source account minus processing fees.
Log into your account, go to Settings > Legal Documents, and download your terms. You can also email support to receive a PDF copy via email within 2 business days, or request a physical copy where local mail service is available.
